What is the difference between your website and the many other online health stores? Evergreen Healthfoods was established in 1992 and has grown steadily since. With 6 “bricks and mortar” health stores, we have both the knowledge and experience to offer you the best products at the best prices. We only use brands which are tried and trusted and are popular with our in store customers.


How do I know that my transaction is secure? Our online health store has the latest security built-in to encrypt your payment details. No member of will ever see your card details, as payment is taken through our payments partners. (Realex & PayPal)


I am looking for a specific product, but can’t seem to find it on this website? Please email us at [email protected] with the product you are looking for, and we will try to help as much as possible, either by finding the product for you or by getting it listed on our website.


How long will it take to deliver my product? Dispatch will usually occur within 2 working days of the order being placed. Delivery will take a further 2-4 working days after that. Delivery to the rest of Europe will take up to 7 working days after despatch.


What do Evergreen use for packaging my orders? Where possible, we will recycle packaging from our in-store deliveries (e.g. bubble-wrap, boxes etc.). It is our intention to re-use as much of this packaging as possible to:

(a) keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum and

(b) to remain as environmentally friendly as possible - a constant goal for Evergreen Healthfoods Ltd. as a whole.


I am not sure if I want the product I have just purchased. What can I do now? We will issue a full refund for products returned unopened, unused and undamaged.You can also submit your complaint to an online dispute resolution process operated by the European Commission by Clicking Here.


I wish to return my order, how do I do this? If you wish to return your order for a refund this must be done so within 28 days. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. What if my package does not arrive? If your package does not arrive after a reasonable timeframe after despatch, just get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website or call 0845 2994051, explaining your situation. Please ensure you have your order number or account information to hand.


What if the product I ordered is not in stock? In the unlikely event that we are "out of stock" of a certain product you have ordered, we will let you know if this happens and will place the item on back order for you. If you wish to cancel before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund.


What if I am not at home when the package arrives? Our couriers (DPD) will call you if you are not there. They will attempt to deliver the next day if they can't get hold of you. Alternatively, you could provide us with an address where you are during the day – e.g. a work address. This can be done when you are ordering your products, as the billing address and shipping address can be different if you wish.


I have returned a product, but no refund has shown up on my credit card. Why is this? Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement. This is due to the varying transaction times taken by different banks.


I am taking prescribed medication, can I take a health supplement? If you are currently taking any prescribed medication, please consult your doctor before consuming any health supplement.


I have forgotten my username/password: If you have forgotten your username or password, simply select the "My account" link at the top of the Evergreen page and enter your email address and select the "forgotten password" link. This will automatically send an email to the email address entered. You then simply open the email and select the “forgotten password” link within the email which will direct you to the Evergreen page and ask you to create a new password between 6-12 characters long.


Can I edit my account information? Yes, simply click the ‘my account’ link at the top of Evergreens page and sign in. You can then go to your account where an ‘edit’ is available on the left, simply click this and update any information you wish.


Why do you need my email address? Your email address is vital for customer service and keeping you informed of your orders progress. It will also be the first point of contact used by our web team to contact you.
